Visit to Trellissick

Like other camera clubs across Cornwall Penryn Camera Club takes full advantage of the lighter evenings to get out “on location” during the summer months rather than hold its meetings indoors. But that doesn’t mean there is less for club members to do! A full and busy programme of events has been put together for club members. The first of these was a visit to the National Trust gardens of Trellissick. This is a great location for photography where photos of landscape, seascape, architecture and nature are to be had in abundance. A great time was had by all and we are sure to see some beautiful images when the club meets back together at the beginning of September. And of course there is a lot more going on before then. Last week the club committee met to continue putting together the programme for the new year and on Sunday as is our norm we ended the season with a club lunch at a local hotel. With events planned for almost every week till September do have a look at our website for more details if you think you would like to come out and join us. www.penryncameraclub.org.uk.
