Most important is that the WCPF Member’s Exhibition closing date is rushing up so if you are thinking of entering then follow the links in the WCPF section below and don’t forget if you have PRINTS I will hand them in for you on the 4th March.
Don’t forget Karen’s Truro Cathedral Tour – please meet up outside the cathedral at 10:50 prompt ready for an 11am Entry.
Last night seemed to go down quite well with my tour of South West USA, so I think I got away with it! Don’t forget that we are always looking for members to give us a “show and tell” so if you fancy a go just talk to Karen. As I showed with my new hat on below - If I can do it then it can’t be that hard ;-)

As above, last night’s show went down pretty well so thanks for listening.
Next week Thursday 3rd March is a BATTLE with Camborne/Redruth Camera Club – it would normally be an “Away” match but as they are still not meeting up they will be joining us VIRTUALLY at the club via Zoom, so please come as normal.
Thursday 10th March – Colin Higgs local press photographer takes us on a journey from the dark into the light!
Competitions Diary Dates PCC
• THIS Saturday 26th February at 11am – 1 hour guided tour of Truro Cathedral for £5 a head contact Karen to book or use our Facebook page. Additionally we have arranged for the adjacent Charlotte’s Tea House restaurant to reserve places for lunches and a £5 booking fee is required. Additional areas of the cathedral can be accessed for a small fee. Email Karen to confirm attendance please at kburton281@gmail.com

• Sunday March 6th - Spring meal at The Falmouth Hotel – a minor change to the menu as there will be chicken in place of Turkey,
Cornwall Photographic Alliance (CPA)
The next CPA competition is the Charles Hosken - Digital Open Competition on SATURDAY 19th March 7.30pm. The show will be a Zoom event and the club is hoping to make it a club event at our clubhouse - cost £TBC.
Western Counties Photographic Federation (WCPF)
Member’s Exhibition 2022
This is a VERY prestigious competition and exhibition which showcases the talent we have in the West Country with prints and digital images shown at the Bovey Tracey Golf Club from 1st to 16th May.
