The club is trying to return to normality. Penryn camera club has had a few taster camera settings and techniques session workshops and some image manipulation and sizing. Comments from a couple of members that attended the workshops;

Carolin Coward; the meetings are enjoyable. After all the years I've been using Photoshop, I still learnt things! The Software is good and so full of interesting things to play with. Photographers must 'play' to learn anything! It's great fun! You can learn all sorts from this. How to lighten, darken, and resize your photographs! But most of all PLAY!

David Rogers; having a camera and not using it to its potential a friend invited me to join the Penryn Camera Club, with some apprehension I agreed to join using zoom meetings for their club nights. The club offered workshops held in the Space at the rugby club. I found that attending the workshops as a novice rewarding. Members are friendly and freely share their techniques and knowledge. This has given me the confidence to become more photographically competent.

Remember no matter how many years you’ve enjoyed your hobby, there’s always an opportunity to learn new skills. Every day is a school day.

Competition; Raymond Bate took 1st place with Portreath sunset.
