What a fantastic evening we had last night at Penryn Camera Club. Colin Higgs delivered an abundantly illustrated talk about his work throughout the course of his 50-year career as a journalist photographer. He gave fascinating and amusing anecdotes about his photographs. This made everyone laugh and created a comfortable mood. Colin remembered various ancient film types, cameras and issues which struck a chord with some club members. He possessed photos of local sporting events as well as several Helston Flora Days. Many members remembered attending most of these. Colin fielded a slew of questions from the audience, that he answered to everyone's satisfaction.
